Colon Hydrotherapy or Colonic Irrigation (as it it sometimes called) is a warm internal bath.  Using no chemicals or drugs, warm water helps to soften, break up, and then remove impacted and dehydrated faecel, mucoid, parasitic and other waste material that layers the colon walls.

This technique has been used since the time of the ancient Egyptians and is an integral part for the maintenance of good health.

The colon, or large intestine is the last section of the digestive tract.  A healthy colon should ideally expel waste twice a day.  If it doesn''t, liken it to the dustmen going on strike for days in the summer, your rubbish piling up in the noon heat creating putrid, toxic gases.  If not removed, the body may absorb these toxins, as more and more builds up.  This cycle paves the way to ill health, ailments and diseases.
